What started as a kitchen renovation for the owner became a kids' bedroom, bathroom, and verandah extension. Matching an original bullnose verandah roof to our entertaining area extension was particularly challenging: one was curved and the other flat. Working in tight confines around existing structures and matching old pine floorboards were just a few of the challenges to overcome. The house had many incarnations, from a boarding house to a hospital.
